Return Policy

Eligibility
1.Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

2.Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

3.Proof of purchase required (order number or email).

4.Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return
1.Email support@aplomegym.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.We’ll send a prepaid return label (US orders only).

3.Drop the package at your nearest carrier location.

4.Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges
For defective or incorrect items, we’ll replace them free of charge. For other exchanges, contact us and we’ll assist you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
